Do I have to make an appointment for wedding dress fitting?
Yes, we do work by appointment only to ensure that we give you the best service
and our full attention. We are available 7 days a week by appointment. Hours: 9 A.M. – 6 P.M.
Is there a fitting fee?
No. You will be allowed to fit as many dresses within your appointment time frame.
How long will a wedding dress appointment/ fitting last?
Fitting and consultation last 60-90 minutes.
Do you offer alterations on my wedding dress?
Yes, all basic alterations (bust, waist line, hip line, front hem) and petticoat, if needed – ARE included in the price of the wedding dress. For additional/ custom alterations or changers to the dress you will be quoted separately after your first fitting.
How many guests can I bring with me for my fitting appointment?
We cater for total of 3 people, including the bride, but we do recommend that you bring 1 or 2 guests that are involved in your wedding planning. You are always welcome to bring other guests at a later stage of the fittings.
What should I bring with me for my fitting appointment?
Bring along your wedding shoes or shoes similar in height that you will be wearing on your wedding day.
Do you offer wedding dresses for hire?
Yes, we do have a big selection of wedding dresses available for hire.
What are payment options?
Once you have chosen your wedding dress, we require a 50% (or otherwise stated in your quotation) deposit before we commence on alterations.
